Case No. 102 of 2026. It has been alleged that the one Sonu Kumar has taken Rs. 68,000/- from the informant for sale of his scooter, but neither the scooter was handed over to the informant nor the money returned. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended with the said scooter and a forged registration certificate was also found from his possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S.
