Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.75 of 2026. It has been alleged that the son of the informant had solemnized a love marriage with the daughter of the petitioner which was objected by the petitioner and her husband. A case was filed against the son of the informant and daughter of the petitioner was allured and brought back and her marriage was forcibly solemnized with another person. The daughter of the petitioner returned to the Reform Home as she wanted to stay with the son of the informant. It has also been alleged that the on 13.03.2026, the son of the informant was murdered. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that there are no eye witnesses to the incident and the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion of being a conspirator. Learned senior counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S.
