Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from their possession mobiles and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cybercrime. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the 2 satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Cyber Crime, Special Court at Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
