Heard Mr. Niranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 45 of 2026. 3. The house of the petitioner was raided by the police and 19.742 kilogram of ganja was recovered. It appears that the room from which ganja was recovered had been given on rent by the petitioner to one Amit Kumar Shah, from whose possession also a huge quantity of ganja was recovered. It appears that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.04.2026. 4. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S.
