2 Shaleen Singh Bahgel, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing for the Respondent/State, Mr. Harsh Dave, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/direction/order respondent authorities to produce entire records pertaining to the instant case; 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order of appropriate nature. quashing the impugned FIR No. No.0086/2025, Dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered at P.S. Sipat, District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order of appropriate nature set- quash the impugned notice Dt. 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-13) Colly, since the same is illegal in the obtaining factual matrix and unsustainable under the law;. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order, quashing any consequential action/proceeding pursuant to the impugned FIR. 10.5 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) as it may deem fit."

3. The learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case after due investigation closure report has been filed. 4.
