The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 07.10.2023 passed in 59929 of 2023 (Lalita Devi @ Lalita Kumari) by this Court. 3. An order was passed on 07.10.2023 in the aforesaid case, more than two years later, the present petition for modifying the said order and to extend the period of surrender. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that two years is/are more than enough time and it is clear that the petitioner do not abide by the order of the Court. 5.
