For Petitioner: S.Sathiaseelan For Respondent(s): Mrs.Mythreye Chandru Special Government Pleader __________ Page2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 11534 of 2026 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th to 7th respondents herein to vacate and hand over eight classrooms of the Government Higher Secondary School (new building at western campus) at Swamy Ssivananda Salai, Rasipuram, Namakkal District-637408 namely, four classrooms occupied on the ground floor by the 5th respondent and three classrooms on the first floor and one in ground floor occupied by the 6th and 7th respondents in line with the 1st respondent’s letter No.2756/GL1(1)/2024-1 dated 28.03.2024 and the Division Bench Decision of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD) No.3437 of 2022 dated 23.09.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner serving as the Head Master of the Government Higher Secondary School at Swamy Sivnanda Salai, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. In the said school, eight class rooms are being occupied by the 5th to 7th respondents for custodian points including the storage of question papers and Block Education Office functions. Though the 1st respondent has already issued a letter dated 28.03.2024 directing the 2nd respondent to instruct the 5th to 7th respondents to vacate and relocate the __________ Page3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 11534 of 2026 the office premises situated within the school premises immediately before 30.04.2024, the 5th to 7th respondents continued to illegally occupy and use the classrooms of the petitioner’s school, ignoring the instructions of the 1st respondent. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the class rooms are being utilised by the 5th to 7th respondents for examination purposes. However, the class rooms will be vacated before 30.05.2026 as soon as the examination is over. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondents 5 to 7 to vacate the class rooms on or before 30.05.2026.
