The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sundarnagar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025. The informant and her paramour were taken to a lonely place by the auto driver where the co-passengers looted the informant and her paramour. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of Sudhir Mahto. On the confession of the petitioner some of the looted articles were recovered. Regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 684 of 2026 and the period of custody of the petitioner which is since 05.10.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Sundarnagar P.S.
