The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession mobiles, sims and ATM cards were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He has further submitted that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 1704 of 2026. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2025 and the petitioner has one criminal antecedent relating to cyber crime. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge II cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors -2- should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall make himself physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
