1. Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner calls in question the correctness of the Order-in-Original dated 24.04.2026.
2. Admittedly, the Petitioner has filed an appeal against the Order-in- Original dated 24.04.2026, which is stated to be pending before the Appellate Authority.
3. At this stage, learned Counsel representing the Petitioner submits that this Court should direct release of the goods as the appeal has not yet been registered.
4. Learned Senior Standing Counsel representing the Respondent submits that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for expeditious disposal of the appeal.
