Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 09.07.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001 and copy of office order dated 03.07.2026 passed by the Deputy Director School Education, (Elementary) District Sirmaur at Nahan (HP), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 03.07.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay stage in the concerned level of pay matrix after 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 completion of two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of further legal remedy in Mohit Sharma’s case. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 08.01.2026, passed in CWP No.739 of 2026, titled, Smt. Anita Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed, subject to the final outcome of further legal remedy in Mohit Sharma’s case. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment, sought to be executed, within a period of 8 weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
