The writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent no.2 to mutate the khata of certain properties which are the subject matter of the writ petition in the name of the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that, she is the owner of the properties concerned and she has made an application before respondent no.2 for change of khata into her name from that of her vendor. But as the same has not been considered, the present petition is filed. 2. Learned AGA also appearing for respondent no.2, upon instructions submits that the petitioner has made a physical application for change of khata. Presently, she is required to make an online application. If such an application is made along with all necessary particulars the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. 3. Hence, the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21529 WP No. 12168 of 2026 ORDER (i) Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an online application for change of khata in respect to the properties concerned along with all the necessary particulars; (ii) If such an application were to be made, respondent no.2 shall consider the same in the manner known to law within a period of three months thereafter and pass appropriate orders; (iii) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
