1. Parties are present before the Court.
2. Joint memo is filed by the parties. Contents of the Joint memo reads as under:
"The petitioner and the respondent through their counsels most humbly submits as part of the settlement as follows:

1. The petitioner and the respondent agree to settle the case for a total sum of Rs.6,00,000/- out of which Rs.1,50,000/- is already deposited with the Court, the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the same, the petitioner submits no objects to the said withdrawal.
2. The petitioner has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.4,50,000/- within two months from today that is before 24.06.2026.
3. A sum of Rs.2,25,000/- will be paid on or before 24.05.2026 and the remaining final payment of Rs.2,25,000/- will be paid to the respondent on or before 24.06.2026.
With the above agreement/settlement both the parties (petitioner and respondent) hereby agree to close the case.
It is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take the joint memo on record and dispose the above case in the interest of justsice."
3. On enquiry parties agreed that there is no force or undue influence or coercion to making out the terms of compromise.

4. Hence following order:
ORDER (i) Petition stands disposed off in terms of the joint memo. (ii) Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the respondent under due identification, if not already withdrawn, under due identification. (iii) Balance amount of compensation as agreed in the joint memo if not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
