A memo of retirement dated 24.02.2026 has been filed enclosing a retirement notice, registered post receipt and the returned cover. 3. A perusal of the returned cover and notice indicates that the notice has been sent to the address of the petitioner as shown in the cause title. The said notice has been returned with the endorsement ‘No such person. Hence returned to sender’. 4. Accepting the said memo of retirement, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to retire from the matter. He is discharged from the matter. 5. Considering that the notice issued to the petitioner is returned with the endorsement ‘no such person’, there would be no purpose in issuing a court notice to the petitioner.
