The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 109 of 2025 arising out of Sehna P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019. It has been alleged that there was an exchange of firing between the police personnel and the extremists in which two persons were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. From the possession of one Tewari Oraon @ Tiwari Oraon 45 round live cartridges were recovered. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Tewari Oraon @ Tiwari Oraon, Mozibul Ansari and Zahid Khan. The said Tewari Oraon @ Tiwari Oraon has been granted bail in BA No. 11204 of 2019. Other co-accused Mozibul Ansari and Zahid Khan have also been granted bail in B.A. No. 11342 of 2019 and B.A. No. 11513 of 2019 respectively. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.
