It is submitted that the applicant has rendered full cooperation and in the meantime, the applicant and the complainant have also settled their dispute amicably. It is thus contended that for the said reason, the complainant is not opposing. Even the IO does not insist for custodial interrogation of the applicant. 2. Bearing in mind the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 15.04.2026 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, the applicant be granted bail subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the concerned IO. 3. Application stands disposed of.
