With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this case is heard finally. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was terminated. However, termination order was set aside and thereby petitioner became entitled for salary of intervening period from 07.12.2022 to 27.02.2024. After setting aside the order of termination, petitioner had submitted representation vide Annexure P-4 making a prayer for disbursement of salary of aforementioned period, however, representation submitted by the petitioner Annexure P-4 till date is not considered and decided and therefore direction be issued to take decision on the representation. He however further submits that petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh representation for consideration before respondent No.3. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and is only seeking a direction to respondent authority to take decision on representation of petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of learned counsel for respective parties and further considering that petitioner has already submitted representations before respondent No.3 raising grievance on 12.04.2024 and 13.08.2024 without commenting anything on merit of the case, it is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit fresh 3 / 3 representation before respondent No.3 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and in the event petitioner submits representation, respondent No.3 shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
