The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and Mobile and SIM Cards were recovered. They are suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is custody since 15.04.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum- Special Judge Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
