On a query, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the Petitioner is engaged in the business of providing IT equipments / services in the field of public health. 4. Since the Petitioner itself is engaged in such business, in our opinion, no public interest litigation petition can be permitted to be filed by it. 5. The present Petition is, thus, dismissed.
