CMP No. 16705 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicants that there were two petitioners in CWP No. 8320 of 2026 and they have filed separate representations, i.e. Annexure P-5 and P-6 for redressal of their grievance to the competent authority. He submits that order dated 02.06.2026 be modified to the extent that it be ordered that the Authority shall also decide representation P-6 also which has been filed by other petitioner. Ordered accordingly. Order dated 02.06.2026 is accordingly modified to the effect that alongwith Annexure P-5, the Authority shall also decide the representation of the other petitioner which was appended with the petition as Annexure P-6. Order that has been passed in this application today shall be produced by the petitioner before the authority concerned and the same will suffice the purpose for compliance of order dated 02.06.2026.
