Case No. Page No.# 2/2 90/2026, registered under Sections 189(4)/117(2)/118(2)/109 of BNS, 2023. The learned Addl. P.P., submits that Charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 154/2026 dated 20.08.2026. In terms of the aforesaid filing of charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that liberty should be given to him to approach the jurisdictional court. In terms of the aforesaid submission, the instant Bail Application is disposed of with liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court, if so advised.
