Heard Mr. R. Islam, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Mr. S. Nawaz, learned Amicus Curiae appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No.76/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Goalpara. 3. The petitioner has been shown as an absconder in the Charge-Sheet. He now submits that he is interested in facing the tiral and, therefore, he should be given adequate opportunity to that effect. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the both sides. 5. Since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given adequate opportunity to contest the case. 6. Therefore, this anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 7. The petitioner Abu Nais @ Saied is directed to appear before the Court of the learned Special Judge, Goalpara in connection with Special (POCSO) Case Page No.# 3/3 No.76/2025 within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and on his appearance, he shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Goalpara. 8.
