The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2026. It has been alleged that accused persons run an illegal slaughter house and on a raid conducted, remains of a bovine animals, their flesh, body parts and skins were recovered. Submissions has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they have been implicated on the disclosure made by the villagers. It has been submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioners seems to have been implicated on the disclosure made by the villagers, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Garhwa -2- P.S. Case No. 230 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This application stands allowed.
