5. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
6. This intra-Court appeal seeks to challenge an order dated 20.04.2026, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 16497/2023, W.P.(C) 3175/2024 and W.P.(C) 2908/2024.
7. It has been argued on behalf of learned senior counsel for the appellant that though the impugned order relegates the parties to seek their remedy which may be available to them by approaching the Court of competent jurisdiction or by invoking arbitration, however, in paragraph 6 certain observations have been made which may impact the proceedings if they are instituted pursuant to the impugned order.
8.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem to say that the said observation made by the learned Single Judge may not have any impact in case the parties invoke any other remedy.
9. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of without interfering with the
order dated 20.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge, however, we make it clear that if any proceedings are instituted pursuant to the impugned
order by the parties, the same shall be decided in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observations made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order.
10. The appeal stands disposed of.
