GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondent Authorities, especially Respondent Nos.2 to 5, in taking steps to register the First Information Report as per the petitioner's complaints and petitions vide Grievance No.BPT202409301496 dated 30.09.2024, Grievance No.BPT202602233859 dated 23.02.2026 as well as instructions vide Meekosam C. No. dated 30.09.2024 and also the inaction in conducting investigation into the same and providing Police Protection to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, irregular, irrational, against principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of Section 173 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent Authorities, especially Respondent No.5 to register the First Information Report as per the petitioner's complaints and petitions dated 30.09.2024 dated 23.02.2026 and Meekosam C. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Ramesh Babu Tatapudi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that despite filing complaints and petitions vide Grievance Nos.BPT202409301496 dated 30.09.2024, BPT202602233859 dated 23.02.2026, and Meekosam C. No. dated 30.09.2024, Respondent Nos.2 to 5 have failed to register the FIR, investigate the matter, and provide police protection. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that there was some kind of settlement between the Petitioner and her second son with regard to the disputed property. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner, who is aged about 80 years, to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate in case of any necessity. 6.
