The order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jaunpur in the proceedings under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 initiated by the respondent no.6 namely Sri Prakash is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. Inspite of repeated query raised by this Court nothing has been argued by counsel for the petitioner that what prejudice has been caused to the petitioners by the aforesaid order. 3. Apart from the same, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Commissioner as provided under sub-section (4) of Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner.
