The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to release the unpaid salary to the sum of Rs. 1,20,441/- (total 07 months salary) of the petitioner within a period of 15 days with interest @ 18% per annum which has been withheld by the respondents without there being any reason, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the cost to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not paid salary for the months of August, September and October for the year 20215, for the months of May, June of the year 2017 and for the months of October and November, 2019. Certificate of non-withdrawal of salary is also issued on 21.01.2021, however, even after several requests made by the petitioner, salary has not been disbursed till date. He further submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation before the Respondents No. 3 & 4 and the concerned authorities be directed to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 3 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit afresh representation before the Respondents No. 3 & 4 and in the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
