The petitioners have been implicated for being involved in the murder of the husband of the informant. The petitioners have also absconded and there is necessity of custodial interrogation. In consideration of the above, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the same is hereby rejected. This application stands rejected.
