The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by the police and several incriminating articles were recovered from his possession. He was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He has further submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel further adds that the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Pathargama P.S.
