(At Presently Confined In District Jail District Kota). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Pavan Verma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 12/01/2026 1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 306/2025 registered at Police Station Vigyan Nagar, District Kota City for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2) and 189(2) of BNS. [2026:RJ-JP:1174] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-305/2026] 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries sustained to all the injured were found to be either simple blunt in nature or grievous blunt in nature. The grievous injuries sustained to injured Brij Mohan were on his wrist and not at the vital part. The accused-petitioners are in custody since 16.11.2025 and trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned trial court, therefore, the bail applications of the accused- petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed these bail applications and contended that the accused-petitioners alongwith the other co-accused assaulted the injured and caused multiple injuries, therefore, the bail applications of the accused- petitioners may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. It is not desirable to express anything on the merits of the case. Considering the nature of the injuries caused to injured and looking to the fact that petitioners are in custody since long and trial of the case may take considerable time, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners 1. Rakesh Gochar S/o Shri Satyanarayan, 2. Pawan Kumar S/o Shri Mangilal, in connection with FIR No. 306/2025 registered at Police Station Vigyan Nagar, District Kota City shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish personal bond in the [2026:RJ-JP:1174] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-305/2026] sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
