Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2026. 3. One Karan Kumar got money transferred to the accounts provided by the petitioner and an amount of Rs. 50,000/- was transferred to the account of the petitioner and an amount Rs. 25,000/- was transferred to the account of the mother of Hero Rajak. It has been alleged that Karan Kumar was apprehended by the police who disclosed about the committing of such fraud. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that it was Karan Kumar, who was instrumental in getting the money transferred. Learned Sr. counsel submits that the petitioner had merely provided an account in which the money was transferred. Learned Sr. counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dumka, in connection with Saraiyahat P.S.
