Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2026. It has been alleged that gas cylinders were illegally stored in Delhi Darbar Biryani situated in front of Medanta Hospital. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the disclosure made by operator of Delhi Darbar Biryani that it was the petitioner who had brought the cylinders with an intention to sell it at a higher price. Learned counsel further adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Spl. P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to surrender in the learned trial court within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
