This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Misc. Case No. 360 of 2026 (Ram Bachan Yadav Vs. Beerkeshwar Kumar & Others), under Sections- 173(4) BNSS, Police Station- Bhatni, District- Deoria, pending before the C.J.M., Court No.17, Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said application U/s 173(4) BNSS has been moved on behalf of applicant on 03.02.2026, which is still pending and considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law, keeping in view the directions issued by this Court vide Letter No. 1393/APAaR-DJ Cell/Allahabad Dated 25.01.2025, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
