The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 03 of 2026 arising out of Deodanr P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026. The house of one Bijay Bhagat was searched by the police and Ganja as well as spurious foreign liquor and materials for manufacturing the liquor were recovered. The petitioner and other persons were also found present in the said house. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was merely working as a labour in the said house and he is in custody since 05.02.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with NDPS Case No. 03 of 2026 arising out of Deodanr P.S.
