Case No. 33 of 2026. The minor daughter of the informant was subjected to rape by the petitioner and another person. Though it has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2026 but regard being had to the 183 BNSS statement of the victim, in which, the petitioner has been specifically alleged to have committed rape upon her, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
