It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and arms and ammunition were seized from their possession. 4. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of apprehended accused but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents, one of which is similar in nature to the present case.
