It appears that a Suit for eviction and injunction came to be filed by the Petitioner/ Plaintiff, which is pending on the docket of the learned 3rd Additional Munsiff, Srinagar, since 2013 and, now, same has been settled for final arguments. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and decide the aforesaid Suit as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order.
