Mr. Vishav Deep Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for respondents No.1 to 3-State. Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, Advocate, for respondents No.4 to 7. CMP No.15762 of 2026 Learned counsel representing respondents No.4 to 7 has produced a copy of office order dated 10.07.2026 issued by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government notification dated 03.01.2022 & OM dated 12.01.2022 subject to final outcome of LPA No.205 of 2025 preferred by the State Government in case of Yashwant Singh & others. The payment of arrears shall be decided in due course of time after placing the matter with the BOD of HRTC in view of clause 13 of the notification dated 03.01.2022 issued by the State Government. Once the respondents have allowed payment of revised emoluments as per judgment dated 21.03.2024 passed in CWP No.8148 of 2022, titled, Yashwant Kumar Vs. State of H.P and others, referred in the writ petition, qua which the Execution Petition has been filed, the respondents are under obligation to pay the arrears. Faced with this, learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted eight weeks’ time to pay the arrears. In view of above, the instant application is disposed of. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the Execution Petition.
