The revision petitioner/plaintiff states that in the suit property, there is a school under the name and style of SAFA Matriculation School and more than 1000 students are studying in the school and now due to the dispute between the trustees, the suit came into force and in the meanwhile, the defendants are making attempt to transfer the students from the school to SAFA Academy and therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the suit. Learned counsel further submits that if the students are transferred, the relief sought for in the suit will become infructuous. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee to dispose of O.S.No.166 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the meanwhile, the plaintiff apprehends that under coercion, the students will be transferred.
