Heard Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Pakartanr P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025. 3. The daughter of the informant was forcibly boarded on a car by the petitioner and Surendra Sahu and at Chango Toli, the petitioner had left while Surendra Sahu had committed rape upon the victim. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, it has been stated that a person has committed rape upon her inside the car. 5. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has not been identified by the victim in the test identification parade. 6. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2026 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( 2026:JHHC:15860 ) 2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Spl.
