The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the minor daughter of the informant on several occasions on the pretext of marriage due to which she became pregnant and the petitioner has solemnized marriage with another girl. Though, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised, but regard being had to the fact that the victim is a minor who has been made pregnant by the petitioner, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail.
