The petitioner is an accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 19 of 2026 arising out of Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025. The daughter of the informant was alleged to have been enticed away by one Ritesh Kumar. In the Section 183 BNSS statement of the victim, she has stated that she had developed friendship with the petitioner after which both went to Ludhiana and solemnized marriage and started staying together as husband and wife. The statement of the victim recorded u/s 183 BNSS therefore reveals a love affair between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 19 of 2026 arising out of Godda (Muffasil) P.S.
