The following inadvertent typographical errors have crept into order dated 7th January, 2026’ (i) In the sixth line of paragraph no.2 the nomenclature of respondent no.4 has been mentioned as ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur’ instead of ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah’; (ii) In the 4th line of paragraph no.12 at page 4 and in the 5th line of paragraph no.13 at page 5 the nomenclature of respondent no.4 has been mentioned as ‘District Inspector of Schools (PE),’ instead of ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE);’ and (iii) In the 2nd line of paragraph 13 at page 5 it has been mentioned as ‘respondent no.2’ instead of ‘respondent no.3’ and in the 5th line of paragraph 13 at page 5 it has been mentioned 2 as ‘respondent no.3’ instead of ‘respondent no.5’. 3. Accordingly, the aforesaid order is modified as follows : (i) In the sixth line of paragraph no.2 the nomenclature of respondent no.4 be read as ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah’ instead of ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur’; (ii) In the 4th line of paragraph no.12 at page 4 and in the 5th line of paragraph no.13 at page 5 the nomenclature of respondent no.4 be read as ‘District Inspector of Schools (SE),’ instead of ‘District Inspector of Schools (PE);’ and (iii) In the 2nd line of paragraph 13 at page 5 ‘respondent no.2’ be read as ‘respondent no.3’ and in the 5th line of paragraph 13 at page 5 ‘respondent no.3’ be read as ‘respondent no.5’. 4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. 6. This order shall form part of order dated 7th January, 2026.
