Mazumdar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioners are an accused in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the brother of the informant was murdered by the petitioners and others. 4. It has been submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that the deceased was convicted for the murder of the father of the petitioners, and a threat was given to the deceased five years back by the mother of the petitioners of eliminating him, which has raised a suspicion against the petitioners. It has been submitted that the co-accused persons, on whose confession the names of the petitioners have transpired, have been granted bail in B.A. No. 9553 of 2025 and B.A. No. 7121 of 2025. Learned Senior Counsel adds 2026:JHHC:15880 2 that, in a separate trial, the witnesses who had seen the petitioners running away from the place of occurrence had been declared hostile. The petitioners are in custody since 12.03.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioners have been implicated primarily on account of suspicion, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Chirkunda P.S.
