Nonetheless, keeping in view the nature of controversy involved, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar, Chadoora to expedite the proceedings pending in file titled “Mohammad Shaban Yatoo & Anr. Vs Manzoor Ahmad Yatoo & Ors” under Section 270 of BNSS and decide the same within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with connected CM in the manner indicated above.
