This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of bail to the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Das who was arrested in connection with Sipajhar P.S. Case No. 154/2025 registered under Sections 140(3)/311/310(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Sipajhar P.S. Case No. 154/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 15/2026 dated 21.02.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Sipajhar P.S.
