Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 09.07.2026 and copy of order of even date, issued by the Director of School Education, H.P., Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.11.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.17657 of 2025, titled, Pankaj Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
