Heard Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that some unknown thieves had taken away a newly born baby from the maternity ward of SNMMCH, Dhanbad. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of a co- accused. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2025. Learned counsel further adds that the child has been recovered from the custody of Kaushal Kumar Singh, who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 3189 of 2026. 5. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the 2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Saraidhela P.S.
