The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber-Crime P.S. Case No.54 of 2024. A link was sent to the mobile of the informant and as soon as the informant touched the link, a huge amount was transferred to the account of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent but the same does not relate to cyber crime. It has also been submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2026. Learned S.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber-Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber-Crime P.S. Case No.54 of 2024 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court physically on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
