The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tarhasi P.S. Case No.36 of 2026. 3. It appears that the husband of the petitioner was murdered by unknown persons. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had been implicated in this case on the confession of the co- accused namely Santosh Mahto. It has further been submitted that tangi and cot was recovered from the house of Bachchu Mahto, who was named in the FIR but there is error of record in the impugned order that the tangi and cot were recovered at the instance of the petitioner. 5. Learned senior counsel further adds that the petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2026. 6. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. Regard being had to the manner of the implication and the fact that incriminating materials have been recovered from the house of Bachchu Mahto, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamu at Daltonganj in connection with Tarhasi P.S.
